Your insurance plan is an agreement between you or your employer and the insurance company. We are the middle man administering treatment, so we do not make up the fees, copays or deductibles. We are happy to check for you upon request, but you are ultimately responsible for knowing your policy.
Appointments usually last for 40 minutes for the initial visit, and 20 - 30 minutes each additional visit.
We have a strict cancellation policy. We require patients to cancel no later than 24 hours before the appointment. If you cancel an appointment within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time, we charge a $75.00 cancellation fee. Patients should wear loose-fitting clothes that are accessible to the area of complaint. Please refrain from wearing dresses or turtlenecks to the treatments.
